Vahe Shahinyan is a highly accomplished financial expert with over 20 years of professional experience in international capital markets and regional business development. His career spans key regions such as the South Caucasus, Central Asia, and the Middle East, where he has consistently built resilient financial infrastructures and strengthened the presence of major investment companies.

Since 2003, Vahe has been one of the first educators in exchange trading at Forex Club Armenia while simultaneously working as a dealer assistant at Artsakhbank. This dual role laid the foundation for his future as a recognized authority in both the educational and practical domains of finance.

From 2011 to 2015, he led the regional offices of the international broker TeleTrade DJ in Armenia and Georgia, successfully expanding the company’s presence to neighboring markets including Iran and the Arab world. In 2015, he represented Alfa Forex in Armenia, where he implemented a growth-oriented strategy for client acquisition and partner network development.

In 2017, Vahe founded and headed the regional division of AMarkets in Tbilisi, which later transitioned to Yerevan. Under his leadership, the company achieved stable growth and successfully entered Eastern European and Middle Eastern markets.

Between 2018 and 2022, Vahe served as an independent consultant for brokerage firms in Georgia and Kazakhstan. His work focused on building investment portfolios, client acquisition strategies, and adjusting financial operations to current macroeconomic trends.

Vahe is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English. He is widely respected for his strategic foresight, impeccable professional ethics, and his ability to drive sustainable business growth in developing economies.

Reza P. Minaei, born in 1985 in Iran, is a graduate of the University of Medical Sciences. He began his professional journey in the financial markets in 2007 and, with over 15 years of experience, is recognized as a seasoned and pioneering figure in the international trading industry, particularly in the forex market.

Throughout his career, Mr. Minaei has played a key role in establishing and expanding the regional presence of several reputable international brokerage firms. His managerial experience includes positions such as Executive Director of LexiFX in Iran and the United Arab Emirates, Regional Representative of TeleTrade in Iran, and Regional Director of AMarkets in Iran.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and high energy in launching new ventures, combined with his expertise in digital marketing and financial trading platforms and infrastructure, Mr. Minaei has made significant contributions to the growth and development of the Iranian market.
